Infiniti Systems' Digital Data Backup System is similar to Microsoft Windows in the sense that you open windows as you maneuver through a menu selection. This is proprietary software that we use in-house allows us to continually develop new enhancements as our customers require them. Some of the features of our system are:

INVENTORY
We offer both carton level and file level management. Carton level management provides the carton number, records center location, carton description (maximum of eighty characters), and the carton's status ("in" or "out"). File level management offers the ability to designate specific fields for input. An example of what an insurance company might choose as their file management fields:

Account Name
Policy Type
Policy Number
Expiration Date

Under file management, a field defined as character is allowed a maximum of 100 characters and a field defined as numeric is allowed a maximum of 20 numbers. The file management database also shows the carton number, records center location, and status of each file.

INVENTORY SEARCHES

Under carton level management searches can be made by description. If a carton number is not known for the item(s) that are needed, a search can be made utilizing a key word or phrase that is known to be in the description. An example would be as follows:

An accounts payable file is needed from 1992. Searches can be conducted by using accounts, payable, accounts payable, or 1992. All carton descriptions containing the item used in the search will be displayed on the screen.

File management searches can be conducted using any of the fields that were designated for input. Using the previous example of an insurance company's fields would mean that searches could be conducted under account name, policy type, policy number, and expiration date.

REPORTS

As previously stated, the flexibility of our software would allow us to develop a particular report should it be of importance to a customer. The reports currently available to our customers are:

• Carton inventory sorted by either carton number or description

• File inventory sorted by the customer's field of choice

• Destruction eligibility

• Retrieval activity

• Inventory status

• Individual file or carton history

DEPARTMENTS

We have the capability to create an unlimited number of departments under an account for inventory and billing purposes.

ON-LINE CAPABILITY

We have on-line capability for our customers. This allows our customers to access their database via modem to conduct inventory searches and place orders.

BAR CODING

Each new carton sent to off-site storage is bar coded. The bar code shows the customer name, department name, carton number, and records center location. If the carton is retrieved from storage the bar code is scanned and that information is uploaded into our system prior to leaving the facility. This generates the completed work order, changes the carton status to "out", and bills the transaction.

If a file is retrieved from a carton, an out card and file bar code label is generated. The out card goes into the place of the file in the carton. The bar code label is affixed to the file and is scanned. Prior to leaving the facility the information is uploaded into our system. This generates the completed work order, creates a record of the file's status as "out", and bills the transaction.

When files or cartons are returned to storage, the bar code label is again scanned and uploaded into our system. This generates a work order, changes the carton and/or file status to "in", and bills the transaction.

BILLING

An invoice is provided each month which lists the total amount of monthly storage for that carton type. Additionally, all services are listed separately showing the number of transactions for each service, the per service rate, and the total amount for that service. If desired, a backup summarizing each individual order placed during the month can be attached providing an audit trail.

DATA SECURITY

All data on the server is stored onto a tape daily and the tapes are rotated from an off-site location. Should the power fail, the server will not crash causing data loss or corruption because it is protected by an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) for approximately forty-five minutes. A UPS basically is a battery that protects a computer from power loss or fluctuations. In the event that the power should fail and exceed the power capacity of the UPS, a software fail safe has been installed. PowerChute is a program that runs in the background on the file server that monitors the condition of the UPS. If the UPS's power reaches a critical point, PowerChute pages the designated staff member and safely downs the server. This prevents data loss and calls attention to the situation.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All employees are required to sign confidentiality statements which become a part of their personnel file. Employees as well as customers using the computer system are assigned their own passwords providing an audit trail. All features and functions described in this section are currently in place, are active, and upgraded as necessary.

DATABASE INTEGRATION
While we are happy to maintain sites for our clients, some require the facility to update the site themselves to keep site content fresh. By taking any ODBC compatible database, we can use the information to create fully functional, dynamic web pages using ASP (Active Server Pages). By taking their content dynamically from an online database, ASP web pages are generated in real-time allowing you to tailor your web content to individual visitors. Using ASP programming and implementation we can create a range of different applications for your web site, including:
*Pass word protected log-in pages.
*Updateable product/catalogue pages.
*Up-to-date news pages, job opportunity pages etc.
